Purpose & Strategy Session
A fresh perspective on the question that's on your mind - ninety minutes to think it through with someone who's been there and leave with real clarity about what to do next.
Alex had been running his accountancy practice in Hampshire for ten years. It was growing year on year, and by most measures it was a success. The enthusiasm he'd once had for it, though, had faded - and he had a growing sense that the practice could be more than it was, even though he couldn't see what.
The birth of his grandson and creating a haven for wildlife in his garden had given Alex a growing awareness of how fragile the world around him was, and how much it was changing. He cared deeply about this, but he couldn't see how to bring any of it into his practice. He booked a session with me because he wanted a different perspective. He knew from a mutual client that I see connections others miss and ask questions that open up possibilities people haven't considered.
In our session, I asked whether building his company culture around the Triple Bottom Line - People, Planet, and Profit - was something he'd considered. Beyond regular charitable and community work, it wasn't - nobody in his professional life had ever suggested it. Alex was intrigued, and went away to research the possibilities. That single conversation led to a six-month consulting engagement, a complete repositioning of the practice, and year-on-year growth with clients who share his values.
This transformation started with one conversation.
That's a Purpose & Strategy Session
Sometimes you don't need an ongoing relationship. You need ninety minutes with someone who's been where you are - who can help you see your situation clearly, ask the questions you haven't thought to ask, and leave you with a sense of direction that feels genuinely yours.
A Purpose & Strategy Session is the easiest way to start working with me. You bring what's on your mind - a decision, a question, a feeling that something needs to change. I bring a fresh perspective, eight years of lived experience as a CEO, and the kind of honest, purposeful conversation that opens up possibilities you might not have seen.
How It Works
The session is ninety minutes, online or in person in Brighton & Hove or London.
Before we meet, I'll ask you to share any relevant background so I can understand the issues in advance and make the most of our time together. After the session, you'll receive a summary of the key points and decisions - a clear record of what we discussed and what your next steps are.
A Purpose & Strategy Session costs £395.
Is This For Me?
If there's something on your mind about your business - a decision, a direction, a question you keep coming back to - this is a good place to start. I offer a complimentary consultation to talk through whether a session is the right approach.
Choose a Purpose & Strategy Session when you're looking for:
Clarity on a decision that matters - whether that's a strategic direction, a growth opportunity, a positioning question, or something more personal about what you want your business to become.
A fresh perspective from someone who's been there - the kind of honest, experienced thinking that helps you see what you can't see from inside your own business.
A way to reconnect your values with your business - when you know there's more to what you're building, and you want someone to help you find it.
A clear next step - you leave knowing what to do, not just what to think about.
A low-commitment way to start - no ongoing obligation. Just a conversation that goes wherever it needs to go.
If that sounds like where you are, I'd love to help.

It depends on what you're facing. For some questions, one session is all you need. For something more complex - like whether to continue with a business that's struggling, or how to lead through a significant change, a block of three sessions or [Purpose-Led Strategic Counsel] is usually a better fit, because it gives you the space to explore properly. The best way to work out which is right for you is to book a complimentary consultation and we'll talk it through.
